CHRISTOPHER GLEIN

Welcome! I am a geochemist who studies a range of topics in planetary science and astrobiology. My research interests are centered primarily on the formation, evolution, and habitability of icy ocean worlds in the outer solar system. I also want to know if there is life elsewhere in the solar system. I conduct geochemical modeling and laboratory studies to understand spacecraft data from planetary missions. I work at Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas, and I work with NASA.
